Job summary

LTIMindtree in Frisco, TX seeks a Senior Specialist -Software Engineering (Observability Platform Engineer) to lead platform engineering observability initiatives and AI-enabled DevOps transformation.

The role demands hands-on Dynatrace expertise, strong ownership, and exceptional communication to work with onshore client teams across multiple engagements. You will design scalable observability solutions and dashboards with predictive monitoring using AI tools.

Job Description

Highly capable Onshore Engineers join engagement teams focused on Platform Engineering Observability AI Enablement and DevOps transformation.

Job Title: Senior Specialist -Software Engineering (Observability Platform Engineer)

Work Location - Frisco, TX

The roles require strong technical depth, proactive ownership and the ability to operate in a highly collaborative client-facing environment.

Strong expertise in Platform Engineering SRE Observability.

Handson experience with Dynatrace mandatory.

Experience in automation frameworks and workflow orchestration.

Exposure to AI assisted development tools and practices.

Ability to create intelligent dashboards and analytics solutions.

Understanding of predictive monitoring and AIOps concepts.

Design and implement platform engineering solutions with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.

Build and manage end-to-end observability frameworks using Dynatrace full agent mode enterprise-wide deployment logging monitoring analytics.

Develop intelligent dashboards and automate monitoring insights.

Drive AI enabled engineering practices included.

Leveraging AI tools like Codex and Claude.

Embedding AI into engineering workflows.

Implement predictive monitoring and capabilities.

Design and deploy automated workflows and runbook automation.

Continuously improving system performance reliability and operational efficiency.

Excellent communication skills are critical requirement.
