Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses.
• Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff.
• People leadership experience preferred.
