KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing of custom technology solutions and contribute to test planning of solutions in alignment with the overall test strategy; direct test automation and load testing for the solution
  • Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates
  • Participate in all agile ceremonies (standups, planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and more) ensuring QA and testing is continuously represented and effectively incorporated into all aspects of the project
  • Develop, execute, and report on smoke, functional, regression, and integration test suites for UI, API Services, and database testing
  • Create technical testing documentation; develop effective test reports and communicate project and product risks effectively
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience in software development, testing, project management, and business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems
  • Extensive experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) and strong knowledge of testing principles (examples: risk-based testing, requirements testing, and management)
  • Knowledge of Test Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, MicroFocus UFT, scripting languages, Test Management tools (JIRA/ADO) or Performance Testing tools (jMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter)
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics using SQL and MS Excel/VB scripting with strong technical knowledge of testing tools (Automation, Performance, Test Management) and enterprise solutions (Cloud, Data, SaaS)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
