About the organization

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization designs, implements, and manages hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services and Google Cloud. Our focus is on security, efficiency, and reliability, shaping the future of hyperscale computing with products like Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Gemini models.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary specifics depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will provide more details during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements for Responsible AI principles, including safety, privacy, and transparency. Design product roadmaps to ensure thorough, accurate, and widely adopted RAI evaluations, providing risk insights and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, minimizing delays while accurately assessing RAI risks.
• Develop insightful, actionable reports highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead collaboration with Responsible AI experts to integrate technologies like auto-raters and sentiment analysis into evaluations.
• Enhance technical understanding of AI infrastructure within MSCA and across Google’s product areas, staying informed on market trends.
