Entegris, Inc. in Danbury, CT, and other sites, seeks a Senior Specialist, Plant Finance to partner with Plant Management in the MS Division, supporting cost accounting and operational analysis. You will contribute to standard costing, forecasts, and monthly close.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years’ experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of experience.
• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Cost accounting knowledge in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and internal control concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficient SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; Business Objects/SAP BPC a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to summarize financial analysis for non-financial partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial results with actionable feedback for management.

Job Description:

We are seekingaSenior Specialistto join our team to help supportsitesinDanbury, CT, Aurora, IL, Green Bay, WI, Billerica/Bedford, Ambler, Riegelwood, Toronto, and Chaska. The SeniorSpecialistprovides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management in theMaterials Solutions(MS)Division. The individual’s responsibilities are toassistin the maintenance of theplant cost accounting processes and to provide operational/cost accounting analysis in support of plant operations. This position will report tothePlant Finance Lead.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze,understandand interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management inidentifyingopportunities for improvement.
• Supportmonthly/annualforecasting/budgeting;
• Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational,MSDivision and Corporate goals;
• Support the establishment ofstandard costing rates and partner with Operations to update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll;
• Support and review proposedproductivity projects;
• Review/explainmanufacturingvariances;
• Business/Operationsdecisionsupportthrough analysis;
• Providetimelyplant results and drive accountability;
• Complete month end close tasks ensuring that financial statements related to the Plantsare properlystatedand conform togenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP), including inventory valuations and reserve amounts;
• Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees.

What We Seek:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financewith 3-5years experience;

• Knowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts;
• Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills;

• Compensation: $85,000.00-$114,000.00 a year with actual pay dependent on candidate’s overall skills for the role
