The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Senior Specialist, Plant Finance

Job Description: The Role: We are seekingaSenior Specialistto join our team to help supportEntegris’ Materials Solution Division Operations Finance global consolidation, reporting and analysis based in Aurora, IL or Billerica, MA. The SeniorSpecialistprovides financial decision support to global manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to the Operations Finance Director and Operations Leadership Teams in theMaterials Solutions(MS)Division. The individual’s responsibilities are toassistin monthly forecasting and monthly consolidation and reporting including ownership for specific closing related and forecasting activities. In addition, the Senior Specialist will be responsible for analysis at the Division level that provides insights into operational performance. This role will support manufacturing sites in achieving their operating and financial plans through data driven analysis and recommendations. The individual will also support Capital Expenditures (CapEx) strategic analysis and execution. This position will report totheOperations Finance Director.

What You’llDo: Analyze,understandand interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management inidentifyingopportunities for improvement. Supportmonthly/annualforecasting/budgeting; Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational,Division and Corporate goals; Review/explainmanufacturingvariances; Business/Operationsdecisionsupportthrough analysis; Providedata drive analysis and insights to drive accountability; Support preparation, execution and analysis of Capital Expenditures (CapEx) Complete month end close tasks supporting consolidation of Division results, ensuring that financial statements are properlystatedand conform togenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP), Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees.

What We Seek: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financewith 3-5years experience; Financialmodeling andanalysis experience; Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Knowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts; Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills; Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment; Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude; Proficient SAP,Exceland PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and/or SAP BPC a plus; Strong communicationskills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis tonon-financial business partners.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave: Strong communicationskills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Successful business partnership with site, business unit and division leadership through forecast/budget alignment,timelycommunication of financial results/risks/opportunities and adhoc analyses/modeling support; Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement through identification, vetting, and tracking of improvement projects.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Compensation: $85,500 - $114,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
