What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Proven experience in designing and integrating thermal systems
• Knowledge of marine machinery, propulsion layouts, and onboard energy systems
• Significant experience in the maritime sector
• Expertise in ship propulsion and onboard energy management
• Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Energy Engineering, or Naval Architecture
• Ability to develop and mature technologies using technical and commercial skills
• Strong project management capabilities
