Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Specialist (Manager) of Order Management Systems to lead the order-to-cash platform enhancements and ensure system stability.

You will manage daily OTC operations, drive data‑driven improvements with KPIs, support SAP S/4HANA OTC modules, and safeguard data integrity and compliance.

Collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain and IT, you will optimize workflows and implement automation initiatives while working from the U.S. with option for remote work.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in order management, OTC operations, or related systems.
• Strong knowledge of OTC processes, SAP, and project management.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP reporting).
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP, SOX compliance.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams—Finance, Supply Chain, IT—to optimize workflows, support system upgrades, and implement process automation.

Requirements

5-7+ years in order management, OTC operations, or related systems; strong knowledge of OTC processes, SAP, and project management; experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP reporting); familiarity with GMP/GDP, SOX compliance; proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

Experience with integrated OTC ecosystems, automation projects, system implementations, API integrations, and dashboard creation.
