1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM

About the Role

As the Senior Specialist, Logistics, you will monitor site-specific processes affecting trade compliance and quality. You’ll be part of a dynamic, achievement-driven environment. GXO provides support and resources to help you excel and grow your career.

Pay, Benefits, and Application

The hourly pay rate is $30.00, applicable in Maryland. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), among others. Typical Responsibilities

1. Prepare data entry and confirm key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs) as per SOPs.
2. Ensure documentation is processed and distributed accurately and timely.
3. Track shipments and ensure milestones are met.
4. Create customer tracking reports via CargoWise One / Excel.
5. Coordinate with Customs teams or external brokers for clearance.
6. Maintain courteous customer relations.
7. Complete accurate billing based on established pricing.
8. Confirm shipment availability for pickup and transfer.
9. Maintain knowledge of GXO Incoterms and import document requirements.
10. Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, overseas offices, and customers.
11. Build relationships with vendors and carriers.
12. Maintain a safe, organized environment.
13. Interact with leadership to ensure efficient order execution.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 2 years of operational experience with an international logistics provider.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with CargoWise One.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
