The hourly pay rate is $30.00, applicable for roles in Maryland, with potential for future adjustments. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and more. Responsibilities

• Prepare data entry and confirm key milestones such as departure, arrival, customs clearance, and PODs according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely processing, distribution, and release of documentation to carriers, forwarders, customers, and agents.
• Track shipment progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Create and maintain customer tracking reports via CargoWise One / Excel.
• Coordinate with US Customs team or external brokers for customs clearance.
• Maintain courteous customer relations and ensure accurate billing.
• Confirm shipment availability and coordinate transfers.
• Develop knowledge of GXO Incoterms and import documentation for Customs Brokerage.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, overseas offices, and customers.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and carriers.
• Establish procedures for a safe, organized, and healthy environment.
• Interact with leadership to ensure efficient order execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of operational experience with an international logistics provider.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CargoWise One system.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
