KPMG is seeking a Senior Specialist, Oracle Financials to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
2. Execute day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
3. Identify, document, and manage client business/functional requirements; assess requirements and build product-specific functional specifications
4. Drive efficiency by improving business processes and automating tasks
5. Collaborate with onshore/offshore teammates on software development and agile methodologies
6. Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations on solution design, technology architecture, and demonstrations; work within an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories
7. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful work environment

Qualifications:

1. At least three years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting, working directly with clients; experience with modules such as Projects, Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Lease Accounting is preferred
2. Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, finance, supply chain, business, or a related field from an accredited institution
3. Experience with upgrades, functional testing, ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management
4. Strong functional and technical knowledge of cloud application processes and configurations
5. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to articulate ideas effectively
6. Ability to scale projects and work with diverse teams including project managers, technical consultants, and clients
7. Willingness to travel up to 25%
8. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available
