KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Oracle Financials to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
  • Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements; assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications
  • Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation
  • Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
  • Lead client facing meetings and workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients; experience with modules: Projects, Accounting Hub, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable and Lease Accounting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline
  • Experience with upgrades and functional testing, strong understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively; excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to scale projects from small to large, with an ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
  • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
