BNY Mellon seeks a Senior Specialist, Fiduciary to join its Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will collaborate with Advisors and Fiduciary Officers to administer Trusts, Foundations and high-net-worth client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with clients, trusts and/or estates, including fiduciary administration, taxation or the drafting/advisement of legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary nomenclature and practices, trust administration, and client service principles.
  • Experience working directly with clients, legal advisors, tax advisors, and internal partners in a high-touch environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risk, and follow through on assigned matters.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to gain knowledge of policies and procedures to progress within the role.
  • CTFA or CFP preferred.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
