Job summary
Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Commercial Forecasting, Demand Planning & Revenue Operations to own account- and SKU-level demand forecasting, support revenue planning, and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field required.
- APICS/ASCM certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, revenue operations, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Own account-level demand forecasting for accounts using sales trends and market insights.
- Own SKU-level demand forecasting to support inventory, manufacturing, and supply planning.
- Lead the demand phase of the S&OP process with cross-functional partners.
- Develop long-range demand forecasts for annual and five-year planning horizons.
- Own revenue forecast development using price-volume-mix analysis and market drivers.
- Establish and govern forecasting methodologies and processes.
