Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) for the AFRL, RW Directorate at Eglin AFB, FL.

The role supports secure facilities management, SCI/SAP protection, and security program administration in a demanding defense environment. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in DoD/USA F security, a current or prospective Top Secret clearance, and strong knowledge of security disciplines, DISS, and AF instructions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Master's degree or higher; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 10 years of DoD/USA F security guidance experience is required.
• Knowledge of security concepts, policies and procedures as they relate to SCI/SAP.
• Working knowledge of DISS and AF instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support SSR for management of secure facilities (SCIF/SAPF).
• Manage day-to-day security of sensitive information categories.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training for safeguarding information, personnel, property, facilities, and operations.
