Job summary

CACI International Inc in Florida, Tampa area, seeks a Special Security Representative to manage SCI/SAP programs, oversee SCIF operations, and coordinate security controls across DoD facilities.

The SSR will work with the Special Security Officer to ensure compliance with ICDs, DoW and Air Force standards, implement ASN-based security infrastructure, and maintain accurate security records and visitor logs.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI with polygraph eligibility.
• Minimum of eight years security experience, four in SCI/SAP and physical security.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training in DoD/ federal programs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Advantor ASN software, including configuration and monitoring.
• Experience with Advantor hardware (PCUs), IDS sensors, ACS, and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of ICD 705, DoW, and Air Force security standards.
• Ability to interpret security schematics, wiring diagrams, and facility blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCI policies, SOPs aligned with ICDs and DoW/Air Force standards.
• Oversee SCIF construction, accreditation, modification, and physical protections including electronic security design.
• Operate and configure ASN head-end servers and monitoring consoles for intrusion monitoring.
• Integrate IDS, ACS, and CCTV into daily SCIF operations.
• Maintain security hardware through diagnostics, programming, and servicing PCUs and sensors.
• Read security schematics and floor plans to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze alarm logs, distinguish false vs. true triggers, perform preventive maintenance.
• Conduct SCI indoctrinations, annual refresher training, travel briefings, and debriefings.
• Manage SCI access nominations and security records; maintain visitor logs.
