Torch Technologies seeks a Government Special Security Administrator/Officer (GSSO) to support the 950th at Robins AFB, GA. The role oversees SAP/SCI security programs, develops procedures, conducts briefings, and ensures consistent compliance with DoD directives. You will manage PERSEC databases, access controls, and incident response.

Required are U.S. citizenship, a related bachelor’s degree, DoD 8140 certification, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer information systems, or a related field.
• DoD 8140 Certification (e.g., Security+, SSCP, GSEC, or GICSP).
• Active TS/SCI clearance at hire.
• Up to 3 years' security experience with SAP/SCI environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior leadership.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, DoDM 5105.21, and ICD 704/705.

Aufgaben

• Program Security Management for SAP and SCI facilities per DoD directives.
• Conduct security reviews, self-inspections, and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop SOPs, SCGs, and Program Protection Plans (PPPs).
• Oversee PARs, indoctrinations, and PERSEC databases (DISS/JADE).
• Manage PHYSEC operations for SCIFs and SAPFs; ensure ICD 705 compliance.
• Deliver security briefings; administer SETA program for threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate infractions, draft inquiries, and coordinate security incidents.
• Manage access control, intrusion detection, and file/material handling.
