Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Special Projects Manager in Verona, Wisconsin to lead large-scale construction projects, coordinate with Sales and Production, and ensure clear cross-functional communication.

The role involves budget and production planning, pre-construction bid oversight, and chairing the Large Projects meetings. Travel may be required; strong multi-tasking and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Certificate / Degree in Construction/Business Management desired.
Extensive knowledge of construction and general contracting in commercial and residential settings.
Experience with Scheduling, Database, and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to travel to building project sites around the company as needed.
Great Customer Service and Organizational skills.
Excellent Communications skills.
Superior ability to Multi-task.

Responsibilities

Building Construction Project Management / Direct and Indirect management of large-scale projects;
Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams for Efficient Project completion;
Assure transparent communication across all cross functional teams;
Assist in the creation of project budgets, and production plans;
Assist/Oversee the Pre-Construction Bid Process;
Chair the "Large Projects" Meeting - where schedules are identified and vetted;
Enjoy a variety of work assignments, no two days are alike;
Educate Branch and Regional Employees on General Contracting process;
