Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Special Projects Manager in Verona, Wisconsin to lead large-scale construction projects, coordinate with Sales and Production, and ensure clear cross-functional communication.

The role involves budget and production planning, pre-construction bid oversight, and chairing the Large Projects meetings. Travel may be required; strong multi-tasking and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Degree in Construction/Business Management desired.
• Extensive knowledge of construction and general contracting in commercial and residential settings.
• Experience with Scheduling, Database, and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel to building project sites around the company as needed.
• Great Customer Service and Organizational skills.
• Excellent Communications skills.
• Superior ability to Multi-task.
