Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Verona, Wisconsin seeks a Building Design & Sales Support Specialist to assist the national sales team with design and pricing, review client drawings for accuracy, and help train the sales staff.

This role leverages the DreamMaker 3D imaging software and offers growth within the construction field. You will collaborate with engineering, learn post-frame construction, and contribute to company-wide operations from our Verona office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction industry is essential.
• College degree in business or construction field desired.
• Motivated self-starter with strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to think on your feet, take initiative, and work independently.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability; multi-tasking capable.
• MS Outlook and Excel experience; comfort collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for a nationwide sales team by assisting with design and pricing of projects.
• Review client building designs for accuracy in function and price.
• Assist in training the national sales team.
• Assist with the design of buildings in DreamMaker and participate in future enhancements.
• Learn the post-frame and construction business from our Verona headquarters.
• Interact with engineering staff for design, plans, and specifications.
• Work independently and manage projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
