The Senior Special Needs Care Associate supports the church’s special needs ministry (Matthew’s Ministry) and the SALP by providing hands‑on care for adult learners with special needs. As a member of the Matthew’s Ministry team, this team member partners with staff and volunteers to engage and encourage learners to reach their full potential.
