Job summary

Qualifications

• State license/certification and appropriate discipline credentials.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee special education programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and district requirements.
• Maintain regular in-person presence at assigned school sites to observe staff and support service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support assigned special education staff with observations and performance feedback.
• Develop, create, and deliver professional development and training for staff.
• Assist with IEP-related activities, meetings, and data collection for program quality.
