Snoqualmie Valley School District seeks a paraeducator to support instruction in a Special Education self-contained setting, working with individuals or small groups under the direction of a certificated teacher. The role includes assistance with behavior and personal hygiene needs of high-needs students.

The position pays $27.36–$31.97 per hour, runs 28.5 hours per week on a Mon–Thu 9:20 a.m. – 3:50 p.m. schedule and Fri 9:20 a.m. – 1:50 p.m., with a anticipated start date of 11/13/26.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must meet one of: passing score on a Paraeducator assessment, or an associate degree or higher, or 72 quarter/48 semester credits at 100 level or higher, or completed apprenticeship registered with the WA Apprenticeship Council.

• Provide instructional support in a Special Education self-contained setting, individually or in small groups.
