Job summary

USCIS seeks a Supervisory Criminal Investigator (Special Agent in Charge) to oversee regional fraud prevention and investigation within the U.S. lawful immigration process.

You will lead investigations, guide policy alignment, and work with partner agencies to counter immigration fraud and protect national security. Applicants must have specialized experience equivalent to GS-14 and meet the qualifications by the stated deadline.

Qualifications

• GS-15 level requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14.
• Experience in investigative policy evaluation and implementation.
• Leadership in coordinating with agencies on criminal investigations.
• Understanding of immigration fraud and national security issues.
