Job summary

Aspen Surgical seeks a Sr. Manager, SPD Solutions to lead a field-based team across IDN and hospital projects. You will draw on hands-on SPD/OR experience to build scalable playbooks, drive contracts, and ensure clinical alignment in fast-paced environments.

The role requires travel up to 50%+, a strong leadership presence, and a track record of turning ad-hoc processes into repeatable, actionable workflows across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Sterile Processing/OR operations
• Experience building and scaling playbooks across sites
• Strong Excel, Salesforce, and ERP/system data skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and work hands-on in the field

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of SPD Solutions Specialists and Technicians.
• Standardize and scale playbooks for IDN and hospital contracts across multiple sites.
• Coordinate implementation of IDN and hospital-level contracts with timely delivery.
• Serve as liaison between Aspen Surgical and customer SPD/OR leadership.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Account Teams on strategic initiatives.
• Review instrumentation data to support conversions to Aspen products.
• Utilize hospital systems to gather data for standardization and cost-savings.
• Track milestones, purchasing compliance, and team performance in Salesforce.
• Develop and refine standardized instrument organization and inventory processes.
• Lead regular meetings with teams and stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve issues.
