Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking an experienced Traveling Sterile Processing Account Specialist to support SPD needs across the US. This full-time, leadership-heavy role focuses on diagnosing workflow gaps, training teams, and ensuring ORs run smoothly with on-site expertise.

The position demands 5+ years in sterile processing, strong instrumentation know-how, and the ability to operate effectively in SPD/OR environments. Travel is required across the country, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sterile Processing, Central Services, OR, or surgical services.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows.
• Comfortable working directly in SPD/OR environments.
• CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with SPD and OR leadership
• Ensure tray readiness and case support
• Audit trays, instrumentation, and workflows
• Identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact cases
• Lead hands-on training and in-services
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Serve as the hospital’s go-to sterile processing expert
