Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience developing embedded software.
• Experience with software/hardware integration and RTOS/schedulers.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Linux, Git and Docker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
• A strong desire to get your code in space!

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test embedded software for spaceflight applications.
• Prototype software and participate in hardware-in-the-loop systems.
• Contribute to system definition, requirements, and interface definitions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Assess issues across software-hardware interfaces and propose solutions.
• Assist with verification, validation, and test planning/execution.
• Embody rapid iteration and continuous improvement mindset.
