Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management for complex spacecraft systems.
• Experience with risk management, resource planning, and schedule development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional spacecraft engineering teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for spacecraft systems, aligning with objectives and mission success.
• Create and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocations across disciplines.
• Coordinate dependencies between subsystems to ensure synchronized development and integration.
• Drive technical decisions on architecture and system solutions for performance and reliability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks with structured risk management practices.
• Lead technical reviews and milestone assessments for system compliance and quality.
