Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Mission Integration Engineer to own complex spacecraft analysis and act as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams.

You will lead mission architecture, I&T planning, and performance analyses across programs, contributing to successful mission outcomes. The role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and deep knowledge of space systems, with on-site work at the Playa Vista office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience with complex hardware systems or technical capture management.
• Experience with CubeSat/satellite integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end mission architecture including spacecraft, launch vehicle, ground systems, and operations.
• Lead space vehicle I&T planning and execution including payload integration and launch vehicle integration.
• Perform mission analysis, including orbital mechanics and trajectory planning.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and customers.
• Lead checks of CLA, thermal, and EMC analyses.
