Job summary

Starcloud, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Harness Engineer to own the electrical interconnect system end to end for spacecraft. You will design, route, and document harnesses, and lead build, testing, and integration on the vehicle, coordinating with EE and Mech teams.

You will work on high‑current power distribution, data systems, and EMI/EMC considerations, with a focus on manufacturability, repeatability, and on‑time delivery in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years designing and building electrical wire harnesses for spacecraft, launch vehicles, aircraft, or similar high‑reliability hardware.
• Hands‑on experience taking a harness design from schematic through fabrication and installation.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D CAD package and one harness design tool.

Responsibilities

• Own harness design from concept to flight.
• Work as bridge between EE and Mech.
• Drive harness manufacturing to completion.
• Support integration, test, and flight.
