Job summary

Starcloud seeks a Harness Engineer to own the electrical interconnect system for spacecraft end to end, from architecture through build documentation and integration. You will drive wire harness design for power, data, RF, and GPU subsystems in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate across CAD, design reviews, production floors, and vehicle integration to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with space flight standards while mentoring technicians and working with EE and Mech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering or related field.
• 3+ years designing and building electrical harnesses for high-reliability hardware.
• Hands-on experience from schematic to fabrication and installation.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D CAD package and one electrical harness tool.

Responsibilities

• Own harness design from concept to flight and release drawings and build books.
• Model 3D harness routing in CAD and coordinate with mechanical for clearances.
• Define and release harness documentation; manage revisions and ECOs.
• Support integration, testing, and flight milestones on schedule.
