Job summary

Intuitive Machines in Palo Alto, CA seeks a seasoned electrical engineer to lead the EVE team in testing and integration of flight‑critical electrical systems for spacecraft. You will manage test environments, coordinate with the EAGE team, and drive rigorous verification across multiple shifts to ensure flight readiness.

You will guide wiring, harnesses, and avionics integration, document procedures, and perform hands‑on debugging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, aerospace engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience; Master’s degree counts as 2 years.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts as business needs require.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Define test environments and prepare equipment and procedures for new products; review FED scripts to ensure safe test execution.
• Lead electrical test team across a 3-shift, 7 days per week schedule; coordinate with EAGE and spacecraft teams.
• Assist electrical integration of spacecraft subsystems ensuring proper power distribution and data handling.
• Design and maintain wiring diagrams, schematics, and test procedures per spacecraft test requirements.
• Support functional and environmental testing campaigns including TVAC, Vibration, Acoustics and EMC; review tests during Build process.
• Provide first-line debugging of electrical non-conformances and coordinate with SMEs to resolve anomalies.
