True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical Assembly Integration & Test Technician to support assembly, integration, and environmental test operations for hardware at the component and system level.

This role blends hands-on mechanical work with test execution to ensure performance and reliability. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical build, integration, and TVAC testing, with strong experience maintaining vibration tables and TVAC chambers, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on mechanical integration, assembly, and test.
• Experience with TVAC testing and vibration testing (sine, random, shock).
• Ability reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and travelers.
• Proficient with precision hand tools and torque tools.
• Experience supporting test instrumentation installation.
• Maintain calibration records and logs for test facility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain.
• Adhere to cleanroom and ESD handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical integration, assembly, and disassembly of components and subsystems.
• Install test fixtures and ground support equipment (GSE).
• Set up and operate environmental tests including TVAC and vibration.
• Support test campaigns and instrument calibration.
• Document results, anomalies, and non-conformances.
• Mentor junior technicians on assembly and test practices.
