Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Senior Mechanical Assembly Integration & Test Technician to support mechanical assembly, integration, and environmental test operations for hardware. The role blends hands-on assembly, building sub-assemblies, and supporting TVAC testing with close engineering collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, can read drawings, and maintains vibration tables and TVAC chambers. Centennial, CO onsite; full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in mechanical integration, assembly and test.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Experience with TVAC testing and vibration testing (sine, random, shock).
• Proficient with precision hand tools, torque tools, and assembly techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical integration, assembly and disassembly of components and sub-assemblies.
• Install fixtures, align hardware, and build system-level hardware per instructions.
• Set up and support environmental tests including vibration and TVAC.
• Troubleshoot fixtures, calibration and data acquisition during tests.
• Document results, anomalies and non-conformances; mentor junior techs.
