Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a skilled Developmental Test Technician to assemble and test electrical systems for spacecraft and propulsion hardware at our Long Beach and remote sites. You will work daily on test rigs, verify circuits, and ensure safety while collaborating with engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires travel between test locations, hands-on fabrication, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical systems experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with high-voltage testing and circuit verification.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work instructions.
• Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA) and electrical safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and configure electrical test articles, rigs, and ground support equipment for spacecraft tests.
• Execute electrical tests including power distribution, continuity, and functional validation under supervision.
• Fabricate and modify electrical hardware using hand and power tools; work with MIL-spec and other connectors.
• Operate and troubleshoot GSE and data acquisition equipment; ensure safety and documentation.
• Maintain readiness of tooling, GSE, and consumables; track calibration and inventory.
• Travel between Long Beach headquarters and remote test sites to support campaigns.
