Job summary

EOI Space is building a network of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery from Lafayette, CO. We seek a Senior Spacecraft Integration Engineer to drive manufacturing of spacecrafts and components, aligning with program objectives.

You will define processes, tooling, and documentation standards for assembly, while coordinating with external vendors, test houses, and internal teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience, with 3+ years in spacecraft applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication.
• Familiarity with ASME aerospace standards and machining, CNC, and additive methods.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute spacecraft assembly and integration.
• Define manufacturing setups and procedures across disciplines.
• Lead manufacturing reviews and document standards.
• Design GSE/STE drawings with GD&T and tolerances.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with vendors, test houses, and program teams.
