True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Staff Systems Test Engineer to lead integration and verification of advanced space vehicle systems. You will own test strategy, planification, and execution, collaborating with design, hardware, and software teams while mentoring engineers across the test organization.

You will guide end-to-end campaigns, evaluate subsystem readiness, and drive automation and data pipelines to scale across vehicles and programs in a hybrid work setting near Long Beach, CA.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in system integration and/or test engineering for aerospace.
• Proven record leading integration and verification of flight hardware end-to-end.
• Deep experience with hardware and software subsystems (Power, Comms, GNC, RF, Propulsion).
• Hands-on with test equipment and test setup design for ground tests.
• Strong ability to develop test plans, trace requirements, and automate tests.
• Proven troubleshooting across hardware, software, and embedded systems.
• Understanding of space avionics standards (NASA/ECSS/MIL) and applying them.
