Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a Senior Propulsion Development Engineer to design, build, and test propulsion systems for advanced spacecraft. You will lead propulsion activities, mentor engineers, and drive multimodal development from concept through flight readiness.

You will collaborate with structural, mechanical, thermal, and avionics teams to ensure performance, reliability, and mission success, while guiding continuous improvement in design and verification processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• Proven propulsion design/analyses experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, analysis, and optimization of propulsion systems for satellites.
• Collaborate with subsystems to validate designs against mission requirements.
• Review models and drawings from top to parts as needed.
• Lead and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
• Present technical content to internal and external customers.
