The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Program Planning & Schedule Engineer/Senior Program Planning & Schedule Engineer to join the EEMS Department in a full-time, on-site role supporting national security, civil, and commercial space programs. Expect rigorous schedule analysis, IMS development, and cross-functional collaboration with government customers.

Requirements include a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field, 12 years of scheduling experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 12 years of scheduling and program controls experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on schedule planning, phasing, and execution strategies for space systems.
• Lead or support schedule analysis and assess feasibility and risks.
• Develop and evaluate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and conduct schedule risk analyses.
• Analyze contractor schedules, proposals, and documentation for performance and risk.
• Mentor junior staff and communicate findings through clear reports and briefings.
