L3Harris Technologies invites applications for a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering, Model and Simulation Systems Engineer at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. The role develops concepts of operations and system architectures to enable live, virtual, and constructive training for USSPACECOM missions.

The candidate will work with government and contractor teams, applying STK and MBSE/SysML tools to advance warfighting concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept of operations and notional system architecture for live, virtual, and constructive training.
• Support space operations and space warfighting mission analysis for NSDC at Schriever SFB.
• Generate, share, and present briefings for senior leadership and enterprise awareness.
• Collaborate with Government and Contractor staff to advance tactics, techniques, and procedures.
