Job summary

The Boeing Company at Kennedy Space Center, FL, is looking for an innovative Test and Systems Engineering Manager (Level K) to join the ESG within Boeing Defense and Space programs. This 100% onsite role directs engineering and testing activities at Kennedy Space Center.

Qualified candidates hold a BS in engineering or related field, have 10+ years in engineering, 3+ years aerospace experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• 1 year leadership role or completion of Boeing leadership course.
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• 3+ years of aerospace engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of engineering and technical activities in fluid systems, launch and recovery engineering.
• Define, staff, develop and sustain ESG Test and STE capability at Kennedy Space Center.
• Lead development and maintenance of common processes, tools and standards and implement Boeing best practices.
