Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seal Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Space Mission Systems organization. You will contribute to ground and space system development, verification, and integration, working on first-of-its-kind capabilities with a diverse team.

This onsite role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a BS in engineering or a related field, and 14+ years of experience. You will apply MBSE, requirements tracing, and systems engineering best practices to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
14+ years of related work experience.
Active Top Secret US Security Clearance or equivalent within past 5 years.

Responsibilities

Leads ground and system level verification, validation, integration and test.
Plans and implements requirements management processes and risk management.
Develops and executes test plans and verification reports.
Resolves cross-functional technical issues and ensures system performance requirements are met.
Performs analyses for safety, reliability, maintainability, security, and other quality factors.
Writes requirements and ICDs for ground systems and supports ConOps development.
