Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15 years of Systems Engineering experience across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Strong systems integration experience and MBSE familiarity.
• Experience with Space programs, satellites, and ground systems.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wideband MILSATCOM SEIT team across design, development, production, integration, test and delivery.
• Maintain requirements baseline, system test plan, and architecture models.
• Establish and track program TPMs and conduct readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with program manager, chief engineer and IPT leads to enable program execution.
