APEX TK LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Program Manager to support NASA’s Technology Maturation efforts. This role will shape space systems' future from early concepts to flight demonstrations and requires 15+ years of experience in the field.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, and provide hands-on systems engineering expertise, while interfacing directly with NASA at Marshall Space Flight Center. A Secret clearance is required, with hybrid work flexibility available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in space systems development and program management.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI strongly preferred.
• Ability to work primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology maturation lifecycle for assigned space systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integrated system designs meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks in coordination with NASA.
