Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale is seeking a Test Engineer to execute test procedures, review requirements, and develop comprehensive test plans and schedules supporting production and development programs; you will support lower-level checkouts leading to system-level demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or equivalent.
• Understanding of system testing principles, methodologies, and techniques; including test planning, execution, and reporting
• Experience in agile development process, roles, and rhythms (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Active or current Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes test procedures and develops test plans.
• Reviews test requirements and supports integration activities.
• Documents test anomalies and leads troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Prepares Test Readiness Review and Test Exit Review packages.
• Performs data review and generates final test reports.
