Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 3+ years Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation.
• Actuation and/or motor-operated systems modeling & simulation experience.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, software, or applicable systems engineering.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills for multi-faceted interactions.
• MS Office/PC proficiency and exposure to applicable systems, programs, equipment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and perform control system simulations in MATLAB on motor-operated valves, valve systems/manifolds, solenoid valve response times, etc.
• Prepare SDRLs and other documents related to system modeling, plans, and related SE deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy of engineering SDRLs.
• Communicate technical and schedule problems to Engineering Manager/Director, Contracts Administrator, and Program Manager.
• Manage all duties according to company and industry standards.
