Job summary

Qcells North America seeks a senior Electrical Architect to define and own the electrical architecture for space-based perovskite-silicon tandem solar panels, from cell interconnection to spacecraft EPS interface.

You will lead PV device characterization and radiation degradation research to drive material and design decisions for mission-class power systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD required in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science with 10+ years of PV R&D experience.
• Deep PV characterization proficiency; hands-on cell interconnection experience.
• Familiarity with spacecraft power architectures.
