Job summary

Lucix Corporation, a subsidiary of HEICO’s Electronic Technologies Group, seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead space programs and IPT teams in California. The role encompasses cost, schedule, and technical performance management, with responsibility for customer engagement and program governance through gated development processes.

Responsibilities include developing program plans, budgets, EVMS updates, and coordinating design reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR/TRR) while ensuring

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science; 8+ years in design, development and management of complex hardware.
• Experience managing software development programs; familiarity with spiral/iterative, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps and CI/CD.
• Space market experience (commercial GEO or defense space) highly desirable.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct day-to-day program activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage program cost, schedule and technical performance per budget and customer requirements.
• Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance resources.
• Oversee software development workstreams within programs and coordinate dependencies between software and hardware.
• Engage with customers and communicate program status throughout execution.
• Prepare program and risk plans from proposal through delivery and gates.
