Job summary

Lucix Corporation, a world leader in RF units for satellite payloads, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead space program(s) and manage the Integrated Product Team. You will drive cost, schedule and technical performance, engage customers, and lead the life-cycle planning from proposal through delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science is desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design, development and management of complex hardware including knowledge of PM, Ops, Eng, Sales & Marketing.
• Experience managing software development programs and familiarity with spiral/iterative, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps and CI/CD; SDR experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in space market, commercial GEO or defense space programs and related requirements is highly desirable.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical and contractual documents.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage program cost, schedule and technical performance per budget and customer requirements.
• Lead IPT via matrix of Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance resources for assigned programs.
• Oversee software development workstreams within programs, including requirements, planning, integration, and verification.
• Maintain customer engagement and communication during program execution.
• Develop program and risk plans across the lifecycle from proposal to delivery.
• Create WBS and timelines with Engineering and Operations partners.
• Prepare and manage program budget with inputs from functional groups.
• Provide EVMS updates monthly with contributions from functional departments.
• Coordinate design activities and internal design reviews to meet customer requirements.
• Lead customer design reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR/TRR) and contract deliverables.
