Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-performing team within the Space Line of Business, directing a major effort to design, develop, and deliver a spacecraft orchestration solution for national security missions.

You will be the senior leader responsible for full program execution, interface with government customers, and ensuring alignment of strategy, resources, and timelines across multiple mission-critical efforts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5+ years of program management experience with Agile software development teams.
• Experience leading DoD or IC programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and risk across multidisciplinary efforts.
• Strong briefing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for program delivery aligned with customer missions.
• Lead diverse development teams with a focus on efficiency and rigor.
• Oversee agile software development of spacecraft orchestration apps.
• Coordinate integration with enterprise systems and mission workflows.
• Maintain communications with Government partners and contract performance.
